I talk to a lot of self-help authors about their books, and often find myself at the receiving end of some great advice. Self Help Takeaway is where I share what some of the biggest names in the health and wellness field have told me and taught me. Last year, I spoke to Georgie Collinson, an Anxiety Mindset Coach, nutritionist and naturopath. She was once a prime example of high-functioning anxiety, until she overcame it using a breakthrough method, which she later used with clients, and online. Now, she shares this program in her book, The Anxiety Reset Method, which combines a variety of modalities to address anxiety. As someone who often struggles with anxiety, Georgie’s book, and the conversation I had with her was highly beneficial.
